A technician comes out and finds the problem. We diagnose what’s actually wrong instead of guessing at parts.
You get the price before any work starts. We tell you what the repair costs and you decide whether we do it. No work happens without your say-so.
What the visit costs
A service-call and diagnostic fee is collected at the time of service. If you approve the repair, that fee is applied toward your final bill. If you decide not to move forward, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable. We’ll tell you the fee when you call, before we schedule anything.

Emergency dispatch is available 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Same-day service may be available, subject to technician availability.

Poplar Bluff is home base. We also cover Dexter, Doniphan, Piedmont, Van Buren, Qulin, Neelyville, Ellsinore, Puxico, and the surrounding communities across Southeast Missouri.
How far we travel on a given day depends on the schedule. Call and we’ll tell you straight whether we can get to you.
